Overview

Hey Tomorrow is a wine brand, that has looked to the past to guide the future as humanity badly needs to innovate to decrease the impact of climate change. We at Bold Productions, alongside Mοtherbíⲅd studios, were given the difficult challenge of changing people’s perceptions of boxed wine itself. Although it is significantly more environmentally friendly than a glass bottle, decades of inferior wine packaging design has left a bitter taste in clients mouths.

In order to change these perceptions, we had to understand them first. We conducted a thorough strategy session in order to establish a solid knowledge base from which to move forward with confidence. The original strategy work entailed looking into the problem from a local and global perspective, examining the competitive landscape and how it might change in the future, determining our target consumers, and, most crucially, delivering a plan for how we would engage with them.

It seemed like the brand almost named itself, after establishing a solid strategic orientation. Hey Tomorrow was the result of our brainstorming — a basic, conversational touch to the brand that also has a bigger, deeper significance. The text also ingeniously connects two of the company’s core pillars, longer lasting wine and wine that considers our future on the planet, when paired with the phrase Forward Drinking.
